• Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents, from concept to shipped UI/UX, across Qonto;
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping, and iteration;
• Run user research through interviews and tests, and translate insights into actionable design decisions;
• Partner daily with engineers and product to ship quickly while maintaining high quality;
• Define transparent and safe AI interaction patterns, including prompting, guardrails, and error states;
• Collaborate daily on design direction, craft standards, and product delivery;
• Help define how agent ownership transitions across teams as the AI Lab matures;
• Work with real ownership and adapt ways of working in pursuit of impact.

• Senior product design experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments;
• Strong problem-solving and product thinking, connecting user needs, business impact, and feasibility;
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams;
• High curiosity for AI and comfort operating in uncertainty and rapid iteration cycles;
• Hands-on design craft, including prototyping, documenting decisions, and attention to detail.

• Access to existing AI infrastructure, UI patterns, and agent frameworks;
• Collaboration with a Staff Product Designer Lead and the Qonto Design Studio;
• Work in a technically dense team focused on AI agents;
