Wrike is a work management platform that brings teams and organizations, collaboration, and work into a single place to reduce complexity and increase productivity.

• Shape product design strategy by connecting business needs, customer needs, and technical feasibility;
• Design and build alongside designers, product managers, and engineers using AI throughout the process;
• Turn ideas into wireframes, diagrams, task flows, and working prototypes;
• Talk directly with customers and partners to validate designs;
• Improve design tools, processes, and standards across the team;
• Participate in customer research early while strategy and direction are taking shape;
• Work with engineering and business leads to ensure the shipped product matches the intended design;
• Push past team silos when problems require perspectives from multiple groups.

• Have solid real-world design experience and a foundation in human-centered design;
• Work comfortably across different fidelity levels, from rough wireframes to polished mockups and technical diagrams;
• Use AI throughout research, prototyping, and iteration, and recognize when its output is wrong;
• Have hands-on experience with customer research methods;
• Explain complex topics simply to designers and non-designers;
• Nice to have: experience designing AI-powered products or features, presenting work to engineering, QA, content, marketing, and sales audiences, improving cross-functional collaboration, presenting multiple design directions, drawing conclusions from datasets, identifying system weaknesses and designing fixes, experimenting with AI in the workflow, experience in agile teams, ability to read code, familiarity with Claude Code or Cursor.
