The client is a technology company specializing in SaaS solutions for time management and human resources processes. Its platform helps organizations optimize processes, manage teams, and simplify administrative tasks related to people management.
задачи
Analyze user needs, behaviors, and workflows to identify product improvement opportunities
Design and optimize navigation flows, information architecture, and interactions
Identify usability issues and friction points, and propose practical, scalable solutions
Prioritize solving real user problems over purely aesthetic decisions
Improve user activation and satisfaction by analyzing product usage and identifying opportunities
Work primarily on the web product and support mobile app design when needed
Design and conduct recurring usability tests to validate hypotheses and design solutions
Participate in customer interviews with Product Managers and turn research findings into recommendations
Defend design decisions using research evidence and user feedback
Use transcription and AI tools to analyze and synthesize interviews and usability tests
Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams throughout the design process
Co-create solutions that account for user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
Contribute to solution definition from early stages, including architecture, flows, and interactions
Prepare wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Support implementation to ensure the designed experience is accurately reflected in the product
Maintain visual consistency and the design system, with a primary focus on UX
Support multiple product and development initiatives in parallel
Manage workload autonomously, prioritize work, and communicate timelines and needs
Choose an efficient level of detail for each solution and seek scalable improvements
Collaborate with the Head of Product to prioritize competing initiatives
Regularly use AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and analysis
Explore tools and methods that improve efficiency without compromising design rigor
Keep up with developments in AI applied to product design
Deliver work on time at the fidelity level appropriate to each stage, from sketches to development-ready designs
требования
Experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, approximately 4–5 years; experience quality and successful case studies are valued more than tenure
Strong UX Design experience, including information architecture, flow design, interaction, and usability
A portfolio demonstrating research, design, and solution validation processes beyond final screens
Experience conducting interviews, usability tests, or user validation
Ability to measure and explain the impact of implemented design solutions
Experience working with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Ability to communicate directly with customers and understand their needs
Figma experience is essential
Experience using AI tools for product design
Analytical, practical, problem-solving mindset
Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bilingual Spanish proficiency
Будет плюсом: experience with B2B SaaS products or subscription-based business models, product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog, or Power BI, Google Analytics, analyzing in-product user behavior including clicks, navigation, feature usage, and drop-off points, AI tools for research, prototyping, and design process optimization, tools such as Lovable, ChatGPT, Claude, and AI features in Figma, experience in complex product environments and teams with multiple developers
условия
Temporary position for 8–9 months, with expected continuation on an indefinite basis subject to passing a 6-month trial period
Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, with a 45-minute lunch break; Friday, 9:00–15:00
