Product Designer

Flutter Central & Eastern Europe is a technology and product hub within Flutter, a global leader in sports betting and iGaming. It brings together regional brands and global platforms to build scalable systems, improve customer experiences, and support responsible innovation across Central and Eastern Europe.

• Contribute to product strategy and align UX design with strategic objectives and business outcomes;
• Own design outcomes that meet user needs and business goals;
• Mentor and manage junior designers;
• Foster a collaborative design culture and encourage best-practice sharing;
• Lead user research through usability tests, focus groups, surveys, interviews, and usability studies;
• Integrate user feedback into the design process and guide design decisions;
• Lead the development and maintenance of the design system;
• Apply and innovate on design patterns to solve complex UX challenges;
• Create advanced prototypes that simulate user interactions;
• Incorporate motion design principles into user interfaces;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior leadership on design solutions;
• Communicate design rationale and drive stakeholder consensus;
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable UX insights;
• Suggest design improvements based on user feedback;
• Provide input into user-friendly design solutions and UX best practices;
• Define requirements and contribute to intuitive design solutions;
• Analyze and communicate research results through reports and presentations;
• Use storytelling techniques to present research insights.

• 5+ Years of experience in product design and research;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise and successful product launches;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field;
• Experience leading design teams and managing stakeholder relationships;
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software;
• Deep understanding of design systems, patterns, and advanced prototyping techniques;
• Strong visual design skills in colour, typography, iconography, and layout;
• Proficiency in interviews, usability studies, surveys, and other research methods;
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Analytical and data-informed mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, initiative, and ownership;
• Attention to detail and flexibility across concurrent projects;
