Product Designer

Personio provides an intelligent HR platform that helps small and medium-sized organizations simplify complex HR tasks and empower their people.

• Manage entire work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning;
• Develop thoughtful and inclusive design strategies while balancing ambitious, insight-driven goals with practical constraints;
• Work at the leading edge of AI-enabled workflows and bring new approaches to the design process;
• Create high fidelity deliverables including hand-coded or AI-assisted prototypes that articulate and inform product vision;
• Identify emerging design patterns and create reusable and extensible abstractions and frameworks, connecting disparate projects to avoid or reconcile avoidable divergence;
• Mentor designers and cross-functional peers, provide constructive critique and feedback, and uplift the design through a culture of excellence and empathetic support.

• Experience and passion for one or more dimensions of design such as Product thinking, Interaction Design, and Crafted execution;
• Skilled in using high-fidelity and AI-powered prototyping tools;
• Experience in extending or creating reusable frameworks, tooling, rituals, playbooks, patterns, or processes adopted by others that improve how teams work;
• Demonstrated ability to lead a product area in partnership with the cross functional team;
• Capable of elevating craft, proactively identifying and driving initiatives, and raising quality across the product area;
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact, multi-release product outcomes;
• Operate with autonomy, accountability, and mature decision-making, thriving in ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex or undefined spaces.
