Product Designer

Tide provides business accounts and administrative solutions for SMEs, including invoicing, accounting, and financial management tools. The company operates globally, supporting over 2 million members across the UK, India, Germany, and France with data-driven financial products.

• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and future iterations;
• Discover, research, design, and deliver engaging experiences across mobile and web;
• Evolve design concepts from early-stage prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups;
• Conduct user research sessions and analyze usage data to understand member needs;
• Estimate design effort, track OKRs, and measure the impact of design on members;
• Contribute to the Tide Design System to ensure consistent, world-class experiences;
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality standards.

• 4+ Years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms in a product design or UX role;
• Ability to identify when research is needed and experience running moderated user sessions;
• Experience designing complex products and collaborating with product and engineering peers;
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate the rationale behind design work;
• Impact-driven mindset with the ability to manage trade-offs;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Understanding of end-to-end design processes, design systems, and accessibility;
• Nice to have: Portfolio or case studies demonstrating product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills with measurable impact.
