Product Designer

PandaDoc provides an all-in-one document workflow automation platform that helps fast-scaling teams accelerate the creation, management, and signing of digital documents such as proposals, quotes, and contracts.

• Develop and evolve the overall information architecture of the application to ensure clarity and logical structure;
• Build consistent, scalable cross-platform experience patterns for web and mobile;
• Define reusable UX patterns and structural frameworks to serve as a foundation for other teams;
• Partner with the design system team to ensure scalability, consistency, and technical feasibility;
• Create a flexible experience framework to support long-term product growth;
• Manage full design cycles independently, from research through to implementation;
• Craft user journeys aligned with product behavior, user needs, and workflows;
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and refine design hypotheses;
• Collaborate with developers to implement improvements and identify potential issues in components;
• Communicate project progress, updates, and strategic thoughts to stakeholders and peers;
• Promote design principles and user-centered design philosophy across the organization;
• Champion usability and accessibility principles to simplify complex workflows.

• 5+ Years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems;
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, or Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong understanding of front-end and AI technologies;
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• English B2 level;
• Nice to have: Experience in document lifecycle management software.
