• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery to final implementation;
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation activities;
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex product challenges;
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces;
• Create intuitive, scalable, and data-driven design solutions aligned with business objectives;
• Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences;
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle;
• Participate in product discovery, roadmap discussions, and feature planning;
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance;
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership;
• Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and design best practices across products;
• Mentor and support other designers when needed.

• 4+ Years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role;
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions;
• Experience working on B2B and/or B2C digital products;
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles;
• Experience conducting user research and working with qualitative and quantitative data;
• Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven design decisions;
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, BA, QA, and Engineering;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions using both user and business rationale;
• Russian - fluent;
• English - Intermediate+.
