Fast-growing creator economy / performance marketing startup is looking for a Senior Product Designer / Founding Product Designer.

The product connects brands and creators: brands launch and track creator campaigns, while creators earn from performance across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

This is a high-ownership role. You will own product design end-to-end: user flows, UI quality, Figma structure, handoff, states, edge cases, and design system foundations.

We need someone with strong product thinking, excellent visual taste, and ability to move fast in a startup environment.

Design creator and brand-facing product flows;
Design dashboards, campaign analytics, tables, filters, and performance views;
Design payout, earnings, billing, and ROI-related experiences;
Turn PRDs and product direction into clear, buildable designs;
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction specs;
Prepare clean Figma files and handoff for engineers;
Document states: loading, empty, error, edge cases, permissions;
Improve existing flows and raise product quality;
Help build practical design system foundations.

требования

5+ years in Product Design / UX/UI;
Strong portfolio with shipped digital product work;
Strong visual taste and clean UI craft;
Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, creator tools, dashboards, iGaming, or data-heavy products;
Strong Figma skills;
Ability to work from rough product direction without perfect briefs;
Good understanding of flows, systems, states, and edge cases;
Comfortable working directly with engineers;
Strong written communication;
High ownership and startup mindset.
