Motion designer for AI video

We are looking for a talented, creative, and technically skilled Motion Designer / AI Video Creator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines strong motion design and animation skills with expertise in AI-powered visual and video generation tools to create engaging, innovative, and high-quality content for digital campaigns and brand communications.

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, presentations, and branded content.
• Create engaging animated videos, promotional content, product animations, typography animations, and visual storytelling sequences.
• Transform static designs, illustrations, and graphic elements into dynamic animated content.
• Develop animations for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Combine typography, graphics, footage, sound, and visual effects to create cohesive video compositions.
• Adapt motion designs to different formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform requirements.
• Create high-quality AI-generated videos, animations, and visual assets using advanced AI generation tools.
• Generate original visual scenes, realistic footage, environments, characters, and dynamic sequences using text-to-video and image-to-video workflows.
• Develop detailed prompts and creative instructions to achieve specific visual styles, camera movements, lighting, compositions, and storytelling effects.
• Transform static images, product visuals, and creative concepts into realistic or stylized animated videos.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional motion design, animation, and video editing techniques.
• Experiment with new AI tools, techniques, and workflows to improve creative possibilities and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative ideas and visual concepts for motion and video content.
• Develop visual references, moodboards, and animation concepts before production.
• Contribute creative ideas for advertising campaigns, product launches, social media activations, and branded content.
• Plan visual sequences, camera movements, scene transitions, and pacing to support effective storytelling.
• Explore different animation styles, cinematic approaches, and AI-generated visual techniques based on project objectives.
• Provide creative recommendations on how motion design and AI-generated video can enhance campaign concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
• Edit and assemble video footage, motion graphics, and AI-generated sequences into polished final content.
• Integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly with real footage, photography, and traditional animations.
• Add sound effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other audiovisual elements to enhance the final product.
• Ensure smooth transitions, consistent lighting, realistic movement, and cohesive visual styles throughout videos.
• Optimize video content for different digital platforms, advertising placements, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and export final videos in the required resolutions, formats, and aspect ratios.

• Proven professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, AI video creation, or a related creative production role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animations, video editing, and AI-generated content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI video generation platforms
• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop effective AI prompts and refine generated content to achieve specific creative results.
• Experience combining AI-generated footage with traditional video editing, compositing, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of camera movement, lighting, perspective, and cinematic visual language.
• Knowledge of video production workflows, formats, codecs, resolutions, and social media platform specifications.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across different formats and campaigns.
• Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to visual detail.
