• Drive motion direction by setting, defining, and pitching overarching visual and motion direction for key projects from initial discovery through to final delivery;
• Establish motion systems by designing comprehensive styleframes, visual systems, and motion guidelines that define a brand's movement and narrative identity;
• Lead social and campaign content by art directing and editing high-performing short-form and long-form video content tailored for modern social ecosystems and multi-platform campaigns;
• Execute advanced motion and animation by crafting high-end motion graphics, custom animated typography, smooth transitions, and visual effects;
• Master pacing and retention by applying an expert understanding of timing, narrative rhythm, and platform best practices to maximize audience retention and engagement;
• Direct end-to-end creative polish, integrating sound design, music, color grading, and finishing touches to deliver broadcast-quality output;
• Provide team guidance and quality control by guiding and reviewing the work of other motion designers, ensuring strict adherence to project visions, client brand identities, and high craft standards;
• Pioneer workflows and AI tools by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to elevate team workflows and creative output.

• Strong aesthetic vision and confidence in shaping concepts, setting creative direction, and guiding other motion designers on the team;
• Proven experience as a motion designer with an art director's eye for branding, design quality, and overarching visual storytelling;
• Solid, high-level motion design skills with a fine-tuned sense of timing, framing, pacing, and narrative rhythm;
• Hands-on confidence in creating high-end styleframes, scalable visual systems, and narrative-driven motion concepts;
• Expert grasp of editing and pacing designed to captivate audiences and maximize view time and engagement;
• Genuine enthusiasm for emerging AI tools and new technologies, with an interest in exploring how they can optimize creative workflows across the team;
• Sharp eye for social media trends, emerging visual culture, and contemporary editing techniques;
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing high conceptual thinking, exceptional craft, and top-tier execution;
• Native or full professional fluency in German (spoken and written) to collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members;
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects;
• Nice to have: Strong English skills.
