• Creative talent combining 3D modeling skills with motion design and video production.
• Strong visual thinkers who can translate product features and benefits into engaging animations and compelling visual stories.
• Enthusiasm for creating realistic 3D visuals and dynamic product animations.
• The ability to combine 3D animation, motion design, and live-action footage into cohesive video content.
• An independent, detail-oriented approach and a willingness to experiment with new technologies and AI tools.
• 3D modeling – hands-on experience creating product models and packaging using any 3D software, such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Motion design – ability to create dynamic 2D and 3D animations and animate graphic elements and products.
• 3D animation and rendering – understanding of animation, textures, materials, lighting, and rendering.
• Video editing and post-production – experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Compositing—ability to combine 3D renders with live-action footage and visual effects.
• Visual storytelling – ability to communicate product functionality and benefits through animation and video.
• Content adaptation – preparing video assets for Meta Ads, paid social campaigns, and organic social channels.
• Будет плюсом: AI tools (nice to have) – familiarity with AI-powered video generation and editing tools such as Runway or Kling

• 80-120 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).
• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ).
