• Bring creative briefs to life in collaboration with art and game designers, marketing colleagues, and internal stakeholders
• Produce motion graphics and video content from concept through final delivery
• Create animated and static assets for game releases, product launches, events, and social platforms
• Adapt creative assets to different video formats, dimensions, and aspect ratios
• Refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across creative channels
• Contribute ideas and stay informed about animation and design trends
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Experience with After Effects plugins such as Element 3D, Particular, Optical Flares, or Saber
• Strong understanding of motion storytelling, pacing, typography, composition, and layout
• Experience with different video formats, aspect ratios, and compression settings
• General experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Proactive approach and confidence working independently
• Будет плюсом: Photoshop and Illustrator skills, art-retouching experience including separating 2D character assets for animation, gaming experience if the portfolio demonstrates the required creative and technical skills
