Shape intuitive, effective, and delightful UI and UX experiences, from early concepts to polished delivery
Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specifications, and identify risks, edge cases, and initial approaches before using design tools
Use Cursor and Claude Code to create interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code, choosing between code and Figma as appropriate
Collaborate with product managers and engineers from the start, define UX requirements early, and stay involved through QA and release
Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, use findings to adjust direction, and track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness
Identify high-leverage product improvements in the backlog, align stakeholders around them, and deliver them quickly

Annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe for individuals with limited experience
For candidates assessed as having considerable relevant experience, salary tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe
Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows with experience and contributions; exceptional capability may be compensated beyond the usual ranges
