Develop conceptual designs and 3D models of firearms that fit the visual motifs of the existing game world
Communicate with the Game Director, Animators, Technical Artists, and Modelers to ensure and maintain visual and technical quality standards

Have professional experience as a Senior or Lead Weapon Designer, Weapon Concept Modeler, or Weapon Artist
Independently develop weapon designs from concept to completion
Have deep technical knowledge of the firearms industry and understand the constraints and realities of the existing game universe and how they could affect weapon designs
Provide a portfolio showcasing examples of weapon designs; factory mass-produced variants alone are not sufficient
