• Audit the existing Shopify store to identify friction across key customer journeys, particularly PDPs, cart, and checkout;
• Review user research and competitor experiences across DTC health, wellness, and eCommerce;
• Design information architecture and user flows for browsing, product purchase, and subscription journeys;
• Create detailed wireframes and clickable prototypes in Figma;
• Produce developer-ready specifications covering spacing, states, responsive behaviour, and device breakpoints;
• Design responsive, mobile-first experiences focused on conversion;
• Recommend UX improvements, including trust signals, social proof, personalisation, and streamlined checkout experiences;
• Work closely with the developer during implementation to ensure the final build reflects the designs;
• Review the experience post-deployment and identify required UX improvements.

• Strong experience designing eCommerce and DTC websites;
• Hands-on Shopify UX experience;
• Strong Figma skills, including wireframing and interactive prototyping;
• A portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end UX process, from research and user journeys through to wireframes and final prototypes;
• Experience designing websites where the work delivered measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, revenue, or retention;
• Strong understanding of eCommerce conversion principles and mobile-first UX;
• Experience creating highly detailed designs and specifications that developers can implement with minimal back-and-forth;
• Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, or a similar consumer sector.
