5+ Years of product design experience;
Experience building and maintaining global components;
Experience with real design system work, not only using a design system;
Understanding of variants, tokens, library publishing, and the downstream impact of changing a shared component;
Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and hierarchy;
Ability to recognize when a design appears inconsistent or visually off;
Ability to identify inconsistencies and edge cases and raise them clearly;
Comfort working across unfamiliar product areas as needs shift.
