VFX Artist (Mobile / Unity)

Nekki is a game development studio with over 20 years of experience that creates games for mobile, PC, and consoles, focusing on product quality and player experience. Its Shadow Fight series and Vector have been downloaded over 1 billion times, and it is building new titles including SPINE and Fight Me.

• Create effects for characters, environments, and weapons
• Design effects that convey the physicality and power of animations such as strikes, hits, and falls, ensuring all actions are accompanied by satisfying VFX
• Participate in playtesting and suggest ways to improve the game experience from a VFX specialist’s perspective

• Proven experience creating visual effects for realistic and/or stylized games
• Proficiency in Unity
• Ability to write shaders in code
• A portfolio that includes 3D VFX
• Fluent communication in Russian

Nice to have:

• Skill in creating beautiful flipbooks with frame-by-frame animations, artistic skills, experience optimizing effects
