ux designer for AI platform services

Centific engineers platforms and curates multimodal, multilingual data to support safe, scalable Artificial Intelligence deployment for enterprise clients. The company creates pre-trained datasets, industry-specific Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with vector databases.

• Partner with PMs, developers, and user researchers to plan, develop, and execute UX for AI platform services and tools;
• Create polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts;
• Produce rigorous wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced, iterative environment;
• Assist with user research planning and facilitate user interviews and prototype usability testing;
• Present UX concepts and prototypes to leadership, key stakeholders, and partner teams;
• Partner with the design manager to establish career goals, project-based objectives, and workload priorities;
• Work independently to manage time, meet deadlines, and maintain UX quality standards;
• Contribute to an inclusive, invigorating, and positive work environment and culture.

• Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience;
• 5+ Years of industry experience in UX design, interactive design, and/or information architecture;
• Experience applying customer feedback, user research, and telemetry to the design process;
• Ability to take a broad, holistic view of product and experience design;
• Fluent English;
• Effective storytelling and communication skills;
• High proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Nice to have: understanding of artificial intelligence techniques and concepts, experience or education in HCI/D best practices and UX development and implementation, familiarity with C#, JSON, or Python.
