• Own meta features across their full lifecycle from idea to GDD, implementation, post-analysis, and live operation;
• Act as the single point of ownership for features across legal, marketing, operations, and engineering;
• Write clear, well-structured GDDs and one-pagers and defend solutions through multi-stage reviews;
• Own the technical design of features and partner closely with engineers making architectural decisions without coding;
• Own the UX and mobile-specific UX of features building core wireframes and flows and reviewing detailed mockups;
• Design and evolve meta-systems including progression, monetization, Battle Pass, events, clans, and leagues;
• Work with analytics to connect features to product metrics and validate impact;
• Prioritize under tight timelines to define what is critical, simplified, or deferred.

• 4+ Years in game design with real, end-to-end feature ownership;
• Hands-on experience designing meta-systems such as progression, monetization, Battle Pass, and events;
• Independent UX ownership including mobile UX, designing, and accepting wireframes;
• Ability to write technical designs, communicate with engineers, and make architecture-informed decisions;
• Experience writing autonomous GDDs for complex features and passing rigorous multi-stage reviews;
• Experience personally driving a project or direction acting as the owner or producer of a small project;
• At least one mid-core or large casual project shipped to release or launch;
• A strong sense of independent judgment and ability to align with the roadmap and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
