• Design, improve, and balance core gameplay systems for a live mobile PvP game;
• Develop features and content for user progression, competitive modes, live events, and retention;
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and feature impact to drive design decisions;
• Create clear design documentation, specifications, and feature briefs;
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, artists, and developers throughout feature development;
• Generate hypotheses, validate ideas through testing, and iterate based on data and player feedback;
• Contribute to long-term product vision and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry;
• Proven experience working on mobile PvP games;
• Experience designing and balancing systems for live-operated mobile games;
• Solid understanding of IAP monetization principles;
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with product metrics and player behavior data;
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and create structured design documentation;
• English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation, and design discussions.
