• Conceptualize and design game flow based on client direction or ideas, with mathematical feasibility in mind;
• Create the math design including probabilities, distributions, and payout structures;
• Program core game logic in TypeScript or oversee implementation;
• Build and troubleshoot simulations to verify mathematical validity;
• Playtest relentlessly, provide feedback on prototypes, and update the design when needed;
• Collaborate with artists and developers to keep design, experience, and visuals in sync;
• Analyze user data to improve future designs;
• Work directly with client stakeholders, defending good ideas and staying open to constructive feedback.

• Game design experience;
• Strong grasp of math concepts including probabilities, distributions, and statistics;
• Ability to solve problems with code and think in logic;
• Curiosity and internal drive to learn and research proactively;
• Flexibility and focus on finding the best solution for the problem;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Experience using AI as a tool across the workflow;
• Nice to have: Previous iGaming experience, UX or visual design skills, comfort working across the full software development lifecycle, experience in remote teams.
