Graphic Designer

• Design visual materials for social media, digital campaigns, events, presentations, and print, including booklets, banners, ads, brochures, flyers, and roll-ups;
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign objectives;
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs and content ideas into creative visual concepts;
• Prepare materials for events such as workshops, hackathons, and career fairs;
• Support presentation decks, proposal visuals, and corporate communication materials;
• Adapt designs across formats and sizes, and prepare final files for both digital use and print production;
• Follow current design trends and suggest ideas to improve visual communication.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role;
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, branding, and print work;
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
• Understanding of social media formats, digital campaign visuals, and print production requirements;
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Ability to understand briefs and communicate design ideas clearly;
• Nice to have: Basic motion design or video editing skills, familiarity with AI image generation and editing tools, experience in IT, education, startup, or FinTech industries.
