• Set and elevate the design vision across key product areas;
• Lead the design of complex, ambiguous problem spaces;
• Create visually rich, forward-thinking designs that elevate the brand;
• Shape and evolve the design system and visual language;
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions;
• Drive alignment across teams for cross-functional initiatives;
• Mentor and support other designers;
• Champion a high standard of craft and user experience;
• Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to inform decisions;
• Lead design critiques and contribute to a culture of feedback and rigor.

• 7+ Years of experience in product design with a focus on mobile app experiences;
• Proven ability to lead design direction for large, complex product areas;
• Strong UX and visual design skills;
• Advanced prototyping skills;
• Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making;
• Strong systems thinking and experience evolving design systems at scale;
• Ability to mentor and elevate other designers;
• Data-informed mindset balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills;
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and research methods;
• Nice to have: Experience designing trading or financial products.
