MKS Atotech develops a Digital Factory Suite (DFS) portfolio, providing cloud-based predictive maintenance and analytical applications to help customers monitor equipment wear, identify safety hazards, and improve product quality.
задачи
Conduct user research, create user personas, user flows, and journey maps;
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications and cloud-based services;
Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs;
Collaborate with product managers to define and document clear, user-centered use cases;
Translate use cases into initial user stories and acceptance criteria;
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system;
Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users;
Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
требования
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field;
2+ Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch;
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture;
Working fluency in English and Russian/Belarusian;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, understanding of SDLC, basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with industrial automation or PCB manufacturing processes.
