• Design end-to-end features within the assigned segment, covering problem framing, research, exploration, and implementation;
• Define user needs, success criteria, constraints, and tradeoffs to frame design problems effectively;
• Develop user flows and interactions that maintain consistency across connected product areas;
• Contribute to the design system by utilizing and improving existing patterns;
• Plan and conduct research using both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions;
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and data teams to ship and iterate on features;
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and synthesis.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work on consumer products, preferably mobile;
• Experience taking complex feature work from problem definition to final delivery with full ownership;
• Experience working with, contributing to, and evolving design systems;
• Ability to ground design decisions in research and data;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining decisions to cross-functional stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech or high-scale digital products.
