• Lead, coach, and line manage a Senior Product Designer and User Researcher;
• Own the end-to-end design vision for Partners, shaping interactions between consumers and Estate Agents;
• Create intuitive, trusted experiences for both consumers and Estate Agents;
• Collaborate with the Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, and research teams to deliver user-centric solutions;
• Remain hands-on by exploring ideas, setting quality standards, and guiding execution;
• Define a long-term vision for Partners to inspire stakeholders and influence roadmaps;
• Drive alignment and strategic outcomes across product, engineering, research, design systems, and commercial teams;
• Explore and define opportunities for new products and features;
• Ensure consistency across platforms, establish scalable patterns, and support the evolution of the design system;
• Conduct generative research for discovery and leverage data to inform long-term planning;
• Champion inclusive and accessible design practices;
• Support team hiring and recruitment.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, multi-sided platforms or marketplace experiences;
• Experience managing and developing Product Designers with clarity and coaching;
• Ability to influence design direction through insights, evidence, and rapid conceptual thinking;
• Strong leadership skills in recruitment, onboarding, and providing continuous feedback;
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills;
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance business goals and commercial opportunities with user needs;
• Strong grasp of design systems, interaction patterns, and scalable frameworks;
• Nice to have: Curiosity and creativity in exploring new technologies, experience with the responsible use of AI in design, proactive approach to enhancing design operations.
