• Own design quality across the enterprise AI platform;
• Build a robust design system to enable product team scalability;
• Apply deep design craft to complex product challenges;
• Set design standards and govern quality;
• Maintain a coherent user experience across the platform;
• Work on agent configuration, conversation design, voice pipelines, evaluation, and tracing tooling;
• Drive consistent outcomes through deep contextual understanding.

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Product Designer leading design for complex SaaS or multi-product platforms;
• Deep understanding of AI tooling, including building or configuring AI agents;
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a bias toward shipping;
• Strong individual contributor capabilities with a focus on design judgment and impact;
• Nice to have: Experience owning a design system end-to-end, background in conversational AI, agentic systems, or complex workflow tooling.
