nuggit is the market leader for graduation newspapers in Germany. Its app is used by more than two-thirds of German graduating classes to design graduation newspapers and textiles, creating lasting memories of shared experiences.

• Design graduation newspapers for more than two-thirds of schools in Germany and set the quality standard for the market;
• Design collections, prints, and motifs for the newly developed textile business;
• Further develop design templates used by tens of thousands of students in the nuggit app;
• Improve layout and design options within the app together with the Product team;
• Apply design thinking to layouts intended for international markets;
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage the path to agreed goals.

• Have professional experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Work confidently in Figma and maintain files so that others can work with them;
• Have a solid understanding of prepress and print production;
• Be curious about AI in the design workflow and willing to experiment;
• Organize work independently and prioritize effectively;
• Deliver reliably during periods with multiple simultaneous demands and seasonal peaks;
• Think creatively, critically, and in a solution-oriented way;
• Speak fluent German;
• Take a proactive approach and collaborate closely with other teams;
• Nice to have: textile experience, good English.

• Hybrid work with an office at Mindspace, Uhlandstraße 32, Berlin;
• Home office and mobile work are possible;
