The team delivers corporate communications and marketing materials in an international, collaborative environment. Diversity, creativity, and teamwork are central to its work.

• Create digital visual assets for corporate channels, including social media, presentations, and internal communications
• Design and adapt corporate print materials, such as brochures, factsheets, and event-related assets
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printing vendors
• Produce simple motion graphics for digital and internal use
• Collaborate with the headquarters in Switzerland to create, adapt, and localise marketing and communication materials
• Adapt Key Visuals across formats and channels within the existing corporate brand framework
• Ensure consistency, quality, and correct application of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple design tasks in parallel while meeting deadlines in a structured corporate environment
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and project leads, and with external partners when required

• 3–5 Years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and Figma
• Solid experience designing print materials and preparing files for professional printing
• Good understanding of corporate brand guidelines and structured design systems
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style in an international team environment
