• Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, social media content, and project case studies
• Support the creation of bid and tender submissions
• Develop graphics, infographics, and artwork for client communications and brand storytelling
• Ensure creative output aligns with Wates brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
• Collaborate with bid, marketing, communications, and operational teams on creative solutions supporting business objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Experience in a Graphic Design role, in-house or agency-side
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a range of design work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively in a collaborative team environment
