• Evaluate professional designs across typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, and overall polish;
• Identify design issues ranging from subtle font choices to substantial rework needs;
• Apply design skills in a browser-based editor to bring work to a cohesive, professional standard;
• Process a steady volume of designs while maintaining consistent quality and judgment;
• Flag edge cases and unclear examples to help improve guidelines.

• Have formal design training through a degree, certificate, or bootcamp, or have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience;
• Demonstrate strong command of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy;
• Work fluently with browser-based design tools;
• Evaluate designs objectively against design principles rather than personal taste;
• Show sharp attention to detail and consistency during repetitive tasks;
• Be available for 10+ hours per week over the next 2–6 weeks;
• Nice to have: experience reviewing or critiquing others' work through art direction, design QA, teaching, or mentorship, prior AI/data annotation work.
