Graphic Designer

Big Group is an international marketing and creative agency that helps brands connect with people through smart strategy, bold creativity, and seamless execution. Its Amsterdam office works with international clients across Europe.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print, digital, and motion;
• Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, reports, packaging, event materials, posters, and publications;
• Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and online advertising;
• Produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects;
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all touchpoints;
• Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, copywriters, account teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality work;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising creative quality.

• At least 4 years of professional experience at a design agency, creative studio, or similar environment;
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, color use, and visual hierarchy;
• Strong experience and accuracy in both print production and digital design;
• Experience reading and understanding style guides and toolboxes;
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects;
• Good understanding of current digital design, social media, and content trends;
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work independently and function effectively within a team;
• Native-level Dutch and professional English;
• Nice to have: HBO degree or comparable work and thinking level.
