• Create key visuals, campaign assets, presentations, and visual content across various channels;
• Develop creative concepts and visual approaches based on project briefs and objectives;
• Transform complex topics into clear, engaging, and visually appealing stories;
• Adapt design ideas to physical environments, events, and branded experiences;
• Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, concept development, and creative workflows;
• Collaborate with designers, writers, project managers, and stakeholders;
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and project objectives;
• Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and clear visual hierarchy;
• Organize and maintain project files according to team standards;
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.

• 3–5 Years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication;
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a similar discipline;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar motion design tools;
• Understanding of print and digital production requirements;
• Experience creating visual presentations in PowerPoint;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment;
• English for professional communication;
• Nice to have: Interest in current creative trends, experience with branding systems, familiarity with AI design tools, experience in designing for events or exhibitions.
