The Company connects BNI Polska, Corporate Connections Polska, and initiatives supporting entrepreneurship development. It operates Poland's largest business community, bringing together 2,500 entrepreneurs and supporting business growth through referrals, knowledge exchange, education, and dialogue with public institutions.

• Prepare creative concepts for marketing and communications activities;
• Design and adapt graphic materials for The Company and its sub-brands;
• Use Generative AI tools such as Runway, Canva, Magnific, and other AI platforms to design and create advanced visual materials;
• Create digital materials for social media, advertising campaigns, landing pages, mailings, banners, and presentations;
• Design DTP materials, including leaflets, posters, invitations, event materials, and corporate documents;
• Develop campaign key visuals and consistent graphic lines;
• Prepare materials according to briefs and brand standards;
• Retouch photos, correct colors, and perform basic visual material processing;
• Design logos and visual identity elements as needed by the organization;
• Prepare files for print and online publication, including DTP exports and specifications;
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams and external partners, including printers, subcontractors, and agencies;
• Monitor design trends and propose visual improvements.

• Experience as a graphic designer in a marketing agency;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
• Good understanding of B2B brand design;
• Experience using AI tools supporting the design process, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly;
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express;
• Ability to design both digital and DTP materials;
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and composition;
• Good personal organization, punctuality, and attention to detail;
• Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to tasks;
• Knowledge of Canva for quick adaptations and operational materials;
• Basic knowledge of website and mailing design, with basic UX/UI skills;
• Knowledge of trends in web design and digital advertising materials;
• Availability and flexibility;
• Nice to have: No additional preferred qualifications specified;
• A portfolio is required.
