• Design across every brand touchpoint, including social content, event design, website visuals, branded merchandise, and presentations;
• Own the quality of design work from brief to final output;
• Apply typography, composition, color, and hierarchy to ensure visual consistency;
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards;
• Iterate on designs to achieve clarity, quality, and impact;
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate production workflows and explore visual directions;
• Challenge assumptions and contribute ideas to shape the creative output.

• 1 To 4 years of experience in design;
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Solid skills in Figma;
• Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, and visual systems;
• Ability to take personal responsibility for the quality of work;
• Proficient English (reading, writing, and speaking);
• Nice to have: Lightroom skills, photo editing experience, drawing and illustration skills, AI visual tool fluency.
