• Experience as a lead game designer or senior game designer;
• Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and forming short- and long-term product goals;
• Ability to work with game metrics and build development hypotheses based on them;
• Understanding of mobile gaming market trends;
• Fluent Russian;
• Nice to have: experience developing casual games in the Expeditions, Match-3, Solitaire, or Merge genres.
