• Design and implement new game content and features, including characters, equipment, buildings, and game modes, for Transformers: Earth Wars
• Architect and implement major systems and features, including progression mechanics, event frameworks, combat updates, and characters, from concept through final data implementation
• Analyze and refine the game economy, loops, and combat meta; use data analysis and forecasting to ensure new content creates strategic depth and healthy metagame shifts
• Create design documentation explaining the rationale behind features
• Present and defend designs to stakeholders, using player data and industry best practices to influence the product roadmap
• Provide peer feedback on team members’ designs and share knowledge of Unity tools, balance methodologies, and live game optimization
• Collaborate with production to define scope and technical requirements
• Work with art and engineering to optimize the content pipeline and maintain a sustainable monthly release cadence without sacrificing quality

• Game or content design experience, ideally on live, hero- or character-driven mobile/F2P titles
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation in free-to-play games
• Experience with Unity and internal content tools
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data and feedback to refine designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• Deep passion for mobile games
• Focus on impact and prioritizing high-value activities
• Performance-driven and growth-oriented; willing to experiment, learn from failure, and test new approaches
• Cooperative, able to give and receive feedback, curious, humble, and willing to ask for help and learn from mistakes
• Communicates and works in a specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound way
