Cipher Studios creates and distributes innovative games for iGaming products across major global markets.

• Create visual assets for gamification systems, bonus tools and player engagement features;
• Design and illustrate badges, icons, rewards, trophies, coins, chests, progress elements, missions and collectible items;
• Create graphical assets for promotions, tournaments, challenges, loyalty systems and bonus features;
• Work with the UI/UX Product Designer to turn wireframes and functional layouts into polished mockups;
• Create UI-related illustrations, backgrounds, decorative elements and supporting graphics;
• Develop visual concepts and variations during product exploration;
• Adapt artwork to different themes and visual styles;
• Prepare production-ready graphical assets for developer implementation;
• Support prototypes and product presentations with polished visual content;
• Maintain visual consistency across related features and products;
• Collaborate with Product, Game Design, Art and Development teams when required.

• Strong skills in digital illustration and graphic design;
• Good understanding of game-style visual design;
• Ability to create polished icons, objects, rewards and UI-related artwork;
• Good understanding of composition, color, typography and visual hierarchy;
• Ability to work from sketches, wireframes or rough concepts;
• Ability to adapt to different art styles;
• Understanding of artwork preparation for digital products and responsive interfaces;
• Comfortable collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers;
• Strong attention to detail;
• English B2.

• Work is also possible from Belarus, Serbia and other locations.
