• Own meta-game systems including progression, hero advancement, seasonal loops, and long-term engagement mechanics;
• Design and balance the in-game economy, covering currencies, sinks and sources, offer structure, and reward systems;
• Conduct an audit of the existing meta and economy as a first priority;
• Collaborate with LiveOps on event design and reward structures.

• Experience with live F2P mobile games;
• Ability to think in systems, including progression curves, reward schedules, and long-term balance;
• Structured, documentation-oriented approach to work;
• High ownership and ability to work with limited direction in a small team;
• Experience with midcore or PvP games;
• Familiarity with Ads monetization and hybrid monetization models;
• Nice to have: Fluency in both English and Russian.
