At least 5 years of experience creating 2D art and animation for shipped games
A portfolio demonstrating expert-level 2D animation and motion design, ideally including monetized cosmetics
Poker knowledge at least at the level of a non-professional enthusiast
Clear, professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
A proven history of delivering at pace
Experience with AI assistance
Reliably authentic, embraces ownership, takes initiative, and focuses on delivery over process
Comfortable with a remote-first culture that values written communication over excessive meetings
