INFINNI builds infrastructure for the creator economy. Its ecosystem of products streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization, helping creators grow across platforms and markets.

• Own significant parts of the product from early exploration through shipped, polished UI in close partnership with the Lead;
• Turn direction and ambiguity into clear, shippable solutions, and take problems from concept to launch to iteration;
• Help plan and run user research and turn findings into product decisions;
• Partner with developers to ship and maintain a high UI quality bar;
• Collaborate with the Lead, internal stakeholders, and external partners to align on priorities and rationale;
• Use AI tools such as Claude for research synthesis, exploration, and production;
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to the team.

• Strong, proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio of shipped work;
• Experience taking product work from concept to ship and iterating on it;
• Ability to turn vision and ambiguity into solutions and drive work to completion with minimal hand-holding;
• Bold, resourceful startup mindset and comfort owning outcomes with limited certainty;
• High standards for UI quality and interaction details;
• Comfort helping run research and gathering insights from direct user conversations;
• Strong cognitive and analytical skills with a structured and organized work style;
• Clear verbal and visual communication of design decisions;
• Above-average, in-depth skill in Figma, FigJam, and AI tools such as Claude;
• Intermediate design system experience;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: previous experience in creator, fans, social media, or adult spaces, technical knowledge of front-end and web technologies, backend systems, and authentication, additional languages such as Chinese, German, or Spanish.
