Funda develops products for home buyers and real estate agents. Funda Desk is a platform that helps agents manage property listings, follow up on leads, update office profiles, and analyze market data.

• Translate complex user flows and technical constraints into clear interaction design solutions;
• Conduct user research and validate ideas with real estate agents or consumers;
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring ideas from concept to implementation;
• Help the team move forward with new product initiatives and ongoing developments;
• Further develop the design system so designs can be created and built faster and more consistently;
• Proactively engage stakeholders, ask questions, and bring ideas forward;
• Support the user experience of Funda and Funda Desk as part of the product design team.

• Minimum higher professional education level, for example in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Communication & Multimedia Design;
• Approximately 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer;
• Experience with complex digital products or applications;
• A strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, product thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems;
• A proactive and curious attitude;
• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and feedback from different perspectives;
• Ability to clearly and convincingly explain design decisions in Dutch and English;
• Experience with Lean UX, including research, design, testing, and improvement;
• Extensive experience with Figma;
• Experience setting up and further developing a design system;
• Nice to have: Experience with analytics and A/B testing.

• Annual bonus of up to 1.5 times the monthly salary;
