The company operates as part of Booking Holdings and leverages data and technology to facilitate travel exploration. The enterprise products division designs and optimizes B2B tools that allow internal users and over 600,000 global property partners to manage content, pricing, inventory, and market exposure.

• Lead or directly contribute to design solutions for complex enterprise business challenges;
• Conduct research and gather insights to evaluate solutions and drive improvements for partner-facing products;
• Own key research insights and collaborate with product stakeholders and design leaders to champion partner-focused UX;
• Work with product teams to drive continuous discovery and experimentation;
• Shape short-term and long-term product strategies and roadmaps;
• Mentor and support other designers.

• 5+ Years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products;
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process;
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, using UX design tools, and prototyping;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and solutions for complex web or mobile applications;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English;
• Nice to have: In-house designer experience, experience with AI-related products, enterprise products, or B2B domains.
