• Shape and elevate the product experience across mobile, web, and TV;
• Take ownership of complex user journeys such as discovery, acquisition, and engagement;
• Contribute strong design execution while influencing design direction, quality, and consistency;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders;
• Design impactful concepts and feature improvements balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints;
• Safeguard the quality and coherence of the user experience;
• Translate business needs into user journeys and flows;
• Promote a structured design approach and advocate for user-centered outcomes.

• Solid background in UX and UI design with experience on complex digital products at scale;
• Strong visual design skills and experience working with brand guidelines and design systems;
• Ability to apply user-centered design principles and translate insights into design solutions;
• Experience owning and driving the complete product design lifecycle;
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools;
• Experience with A/B testing;
• Understanding of mobile, tablet, and web platform patterns, responsive design, and front-end principles;
• Proven experience in cross-functional teams and facilitating design discussions;
• Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools, experience running or supporting user research, experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
