Granola develops an AI-powered productivity tool designed to assist users with note-taking and collaborative workflows across multiple platforms.

• Work on early feature definition of mobile products;
• Collaborate with engineers to ship features and market them;
• Improve the fit and finish of the product;
• Conduct user research, investigate use cases, and test new features;
• Prototype, test, and iterate on design concepts;
• Evolve the brand and design language and ensure consistent application across the product.

• Experience working across iOS and Android with strong awareness of platform-specific patterns;
• Several years of experience shipping high-quality products to real users;
• Systems thinking skills with experience working on open-ended tools;
• Ability to balance rapid iteration with attention to detail in interaction, typography, and motion;
• Proficiency in prototyping and using AI tools to solve problems;
• Focus on shipping functional designs rather than just static files;
• Experience working in a startup environment or a strong interest in the zero-to-one phase;
• Nice to have: Experience with Mac and web platforms.
