• Prototype high-fidelity functional flows using code and AI to bridge vision and feasibility;
• Build reusable frameworks and abstractions to ensure product coherence across domains and teams;
• Implement practical AI solutions to improve exploration, documentation, and workflows;
• Partner with executives and VPs to define product direction and experimentation;
• Mentor team members to raise the standard of design quality and shape design rituals.

• Strong leadership skills with expertise in user centricity, craft, vision, and communication;
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills;
• Ability to prototype for real-world scale and performance;
• Proficiency in AI-assisted design and automation;
• Ability to turn vague goals into concrete, high-quality product directions;
• Clear and effective storytelling abilities;
• Nice to have: Portfolio demonstrating excellent interaction and visual design.
