Digital Product Designer

Scalable Capital is a digital investment and banking platform with a full banking licence. Its services include a brokerage platform, digital wealth management, savings plans, loans, private equity, and an exchange for retail investors.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering, owning design work from problem framing through delivery and iteration
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions, and improve customer and business outcomes
• Create simple, accessible, engaging experiences, including polished UI, flows, prototypes, and interaction details
• Evolve the design system to ensure a coherent experience across products and platforms
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation by providing clear specifications and design guidance, and review the final experience against the quality bar
• Use AI responsibly throughout the design process, identifying when and how it adds value
• Manage work effectively, communicate progress, and coordinate priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders

• A portfolio demonstrating visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, individual contribution, and work outcomes
• Experience designing for native mobile platforms and responsive web, with a strong understanding of platform conventions and technical constraints
• Practical experience with discovery, user research, and usability testing, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear design directions
• Excellent Figma skills, including components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design-system workflows
• Fluent in English

• experience creating motion or micro-interaction studies, German, experience in fintech, regulated products, or other trust-sensitive domains
