As a Digital & Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brands to life through compelling, digital-first creative that drives engagement and commercial performance. Your main focus will be creating high-quality motion graphics, video content and campaign assets across multiple channels, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, platform-native and delivered to an exceptional standard, by working in collaboration with Brand, Growth, Ecommerce and Product teams.

Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Holborn, London40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunchThis position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2-3 days per weekCreate motion graphics, animations and video content across social, paid, ecommerce and digital platforms.Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines and Figma templates across multiple brandsExecute 360 campaign creative across social, paid, email, retail and tradeOwn end-to-end short-form video production: shoot support, edit, grade and deliveryBuild reusable motion template libraries in After Effects and Figma per brandTranslate brand creative into digital-first, platform-native formatsProduce and adapt assets across all ratios and specifications: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 and beyondArt direct and support on-set content capture for product and lifestyle shootsUse AI video and image tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway or Kling, Midjourney) as part of your daily production workflow, and Claude, ChatGPTor Perplexity to research trends, references and platform best practice ahead of production
