Algonova is an international tech school that helps kids and teens around the world find their place in digital and IT industries.

задачи
- Own end-to-end advertising tracking, from ad click through the site, Pixel/CAPI, CRM, deal, and payment
- Set up and maintain Meta Ads, Datasets, Events, and the Conversions API, controlling event delivery and quality
- Keep UTMs, click IDs, deduplication, and data accuracy consistent across ads, the site, and CRM
- Find and fix data losses and discrepancies
- Work with APIs, webhooks, n8n, and other integration tools
- Debug tracking and identify where and why data delivery breaks
- Monitor Meta platform changes and adapt the system proactively
- Assess how tracking and attribution quality affect ad performance and business results
- Prioritize improvements by their impact on metrics
- Work across marketing, product, and development
требования
- 5+ Years of commercial experience in web/marketing analytics and ad tracking
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Events, and the Conversions API
- Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, click IDs, and data flow from ads to CRM and final conversion
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and n8n or similar tools
- Ability to independently find the root cause of tracking issues rather than work only from specifications
- Business sense to assess analytics’ impact on business results, not only technical correctness
- Basic understanding of GTM, dataLayer, and client-side tracking
- Daily use of AI tools
- English B1 or higher
- Будет плюсом: Google Ads, GA4, server-side tracking, amoCRM/Kommo, SQL, Python/JavaScript, experience with other ad platforms
